Building on the 2020 EUKN Policy Labs organised for Slovenia (read the report here), this new webinar for Slovenia will further develop on their key findings in the fields of the Circular Economy, Nature-Based Solutions, and the Better Regulation strand of the Urban Agenda for the EU. It will also offer a platform to explore the urban dimension of the European Green Deal in order to strengthen its linkages with the Urban Agenda for the EU, positioning its ‘green’ actions within the wider political debate and institutional context.

Jointly organised with the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning of Slovenia, the webinar will take place on 18 March 2021 (13:00 - 16:30 CET).

The learnings and reflections gathered during the webinar will contribute to a set of concrete messages for Slovenian ministers about how to support cities that are dealing with regulatory obstacles when it comes to achieving their environmental goals. These messages will be presented to the ministers under Slovenia’s Presidency. Read more about Slovenia's EU Presidency and the EUKN's contribution here

The webinar will take place on Zoom in English. Interpretation in Slovenian will be available.
